Final Sale Items

  • Rattan Items: All rattan items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Accessories: All accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Clothing Returns and Exchanges

  • Return/Exchange Period: Clothing may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receipt. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@toddlers-inc.ca
  • Condition of Items: Returned clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@toddlers-inc.ca within 48 hours of receiving the product. Include your order number and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

  • Return Shipping Costs: Refund shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
  • Gift Card Policy: If a return is initiated after the 10-day return window, the value of the item will be issued as a gift card, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
  • Additional duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs fees may apply depending on the shipping destination. These charges are imposed by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Toddler's Inc. does not collect, control, reimburse, or absorb any customs duties, taxes, or related fees under any circumstances.
  • Any costs associated with refused shipments, including return shipping fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, or carrier fees, are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued only after the returned items are received and inspected, and will exclude any shipping, customs, or handling fees incurred.

Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
