1. Shipping Timeframes
  • Smaller Orders:
    For smaller items and apparel, please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
    Note: Shipping time is additional to processing time.
  • Rattan Furniture Orders:
    Orders containing rattan furniture require additional time as these items are handcrafted and shipped via sea freight from our partners in Asia.
    • Processing Time: 15–20 business days
    • Transit Time: Once your order has been dispatched, tracking will update once it arrives in your destination country. This may take an additional 15-20  business days before delivery updates appear.
2. Processing Time: All orders require up to 5 business days for processing before shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details so you can monitor your delivery’s progress.

3. Shipping Carriers: We partner with a range of trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. The carrier used will depend on your shipping destination and the method selected at checkout.

4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination.Additional charges may apply for expedited or oversized shipments.

5. Delivery Issues: If you encounter any delivery issues such as delays, damaged goods, or an incorrect address, please reach out to us promptly at info@toddlers-inc.ca. Our team will be happy to assist you in resolving any concerns.

6. International Shipping: At this time, we currently ship only within North America. We hope to expand our reach in the near future!

7. Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
Additional duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs fees may apply depending on the shipping destination. These charges are imposed by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Toddler's Inc. does not collect, control, reimburse, or absorb any customs duties, taxes, or related fees under any circumstances.

8. Refused Shipments and Returns
Any costs associated with refused shipments, including return shipping fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, or carrier fees, are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued only after the returned items are received and inspected, and will exclude any shipping, customs, or handling fees incurred.
